Roster looks wrong after import or sync? Diagnose it.

  • Check your source of truth (SIS) — AIVO reflects what it receives — see SIS integration.
  • Confirm SCIM/roster sync ran successfully — see SCIM.
  • For file imports, review rejected rows — see Import failure.
Note: Roster changes can take a sync cycle to appear. If it persists, contact support with the school and the discrepancy.
