Offline or unstable connection
How AIVO behaves with a poor connection and how to recover.

AIVO needs an internet connection for live tutoring and to sync progress. On a weak connection, lessons may pause or load slowly.
- Move closer to Wi-Fi or switch networks.
- Reconnect, then reopen the lesson — progress is saved.
