Accepting an invitation
Join a learner's care team or an organization from an email invitation.

Invitations connect you to a learner or organization with a specific role and scoped access. The person who invited you controls what you can see and do.
- Open the invitation email — Find the email from AIVO and select Accept invitation.
- Sign in or create an account — If you're new, create an account with the invited email address.
- Confirm your role — Review the role and the learner(s) you'll support, then accept.
Warning: Invitations expire and are tied to the invited email address. If yours expired or went to the wrong address, ask the inviter to resend it — see Invitation problems.
