Common onboarding issues

Didn't get the verification email — check spam, wait a few minutes, then resend from the sign-up screen.
Baseline won't start — refresh, check your connection, and confirm audio/mic permissions if the activity uses them.
Wrong grade or level — that's fine; AIVO adapts. You can also request a rebaseline.
Can't add a learner — make sure your email is verified and you're signed in as the parent account.
