How to delete an account or a learner, and what happens to the data.

You can request deletion of an account or an individual learner. Deletion removes personal data according to our retention schedule and legal obligations.
Warning: Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep first — see Data exports. Deleting data is separate from canceling billing.
