Contacting the privacy team
How to reach AIVO about a privacy request or question.

For privacy requests (export, correction, deletion) or questions, contact the AIVO privacy team.
Use Contact Support and choose the Privacy / Data topic so your request routes to the privacy team. You can also email the privacy contact listed in the AIVO Privacy Policy.
Privacy: Include enough detail to locate your account, but never include passwords or sensitive medical information in your message.
