Cancellation

How to cancel a paid plan, when access ends, and what happens to your data.

  1. Open billing — From the dashboard, go to Billing.
  2. Cancel the paid plan — Choose Cancel and confirm.
  • You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free.
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation.
  • Canceling billing is not the same as deleting data — see Account deletion.
Tip: Changed your mind? You can resume your subscription.
