Simple steps to protect your AIVO account and your learner's data.

A few habits keep your account — and your learner's data — safe.

  • Use a strong, unique password — see Resetting a password.
  • Turn on multi-factor authentication — see Multi-factor authentication.
  • Sign out on shared devices and review active sessions.
  • Never share passwords; AIVO will never ask for your password by email.
Warning: If you think your account is compromised, change your password immediately and review sessions — see Managing active sessions. Then contact support.
