How usage works on AIVO and what to do when you reach a limit.

Access to tutors and lessons depends on your plan and its status. The Free plan includes a weekly usage allowance; Pro and Premium lift that, and Premium (and Enterprise) unlock all 14 tutors. See plans and what's included.
Note: On a paid plan, access should match your plan. If a tutor you expect is locked, check your billing status — see Billing status mismatch.
