Access revocation and privacy boundaries
How access ends and the privacy rules that protect learners.

Access can be revoked by the controller — a parent for parent-granted access, or your organization for a district caseload. Revocation is immediate.
Privacy: When access ends, you can no longer view the learner. Handle any retained records per your professional and organizational obligations. See Learner privacy.
