Categories of data
- Account data — names, email, role, and organization (for school/district accounts).
- Learning data — assessment answers, lesson activity, progress, and the Virtual Brain model.
- Support data — messages and requests you send to us.
- Technical data — device and usage information needed for security and reliability.
Privacy: AIVO does not sell learner data. Learning data is used to personalize and improve the learner's experience, governed by your consent and applicable law.
