Asking a parent to upgrade
For learners: how to let a parent know you'd like more access.

Learners can't change billing themselves — a parent or guardian manages the subscription. If you'd like more access, you can send your parent a request.
- Open the locked tutor or limit message — Choose Ask a parent.
- Send the request — AIVO notifies your parent so they can decide. They'll see what you'd like to unlock.
Note: Parents: see Requesting an upgrade to make the change.
