Creating an AIVO account
Create a parent account in a few minutes, then add your first learner.

AIVO accounts are created by a parent or guardian, who owns the family account and invites everyone else (teachers, therapists, caregivers). If your school or district invited you, follow Accepting an invitation instead.
Create your account
- Go to sign-up — Open the AIVO app and choose Create account.
- Enter your details — Provide your name, email, and a strong password. You can also continue with a supported single sign-on provider.
- Verify your email — Open the verification email and select the confirmation link. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Add your first learner — Follow the prompts to add a learner — see Adding a learner.
Note: One parent account can manage multiple learners and your whole care team. You do not need separate logins per child.

- Your learning context — school, homeschool, or hybrid.
- A short parent assessment about your learner.
- The learner's first baseline, which personalizes their Virtual Brain.
Tip: Use an email you check regularly — invitations, progress summaries, and security notices are sent there.
