Trial policy

AIVO's paid plans (AIVO Pro and AIVO Premium) include a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but it is not charged during the 14 days — you can explore full features before any payment.

• The trial lasts 14 days from when you start.
• A payment method is collected at checkout, and it will NOT be charged during the trial.
• When the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel first.
• Cancel anytime before the trial ends (Settings → Billing) and you won't be charged — see Cancellation.
• Prefer no card at all? The Free plan never requires one and has no time limit (it has a weekly usage allowance).
