Pausing and resuming a lesson
How to take a break mid-lesson without losing progress.

Learners can pause anytime. AIVO saves progress so they can pick up right where they left off.
- Pause — Use the pause or back control in the lesson — progress is saved automatically.
- Resume — Return later and choose Resume from the learner's space.
Tip: Built-in calm breaks help with focus and regulation; taking one won't lose any work.
