Inviting a teacher, therapist, or caregiver
Invite the people who support your learner and give each the right access.

As the account owner, you decide who supports your learner and what each person can see and do. Invitations are scoped by role.
- Open your care team — From the dashboard, go to the learner's Care team and choose Invite.
- Pick a role — Choose teacher, therapist, or caregiver. Each role has a different default set of permissions.
- Enter their email — Send the invitation to the email they'll use to sign in.
- Set access — Confirm which learner(s) they can support and adjust permissions if needed.
| Role | Typically can | Cannot |
|---|---|---|
| Teacher | View assigned learner progress, create assignments, message you | Manage billing or your account |
| Therapist | Add goals/notes, recommend accommodations, message you | Manage billing or unrelated learners |
| Caregiver | View progress, support routines, message authorized members | Manage billing, consent, or the care team |
Privacy: You can change or revoke access at any time. Revoking is immediate — see Resending and revoking invitations.
