The high-level path to roll out AIVO across a district.

District onboarding sets up your organization, schools, identity, and rosters so staff and learners can get started.
- Kickoff with AIVO — Your Enterprise agreement and dedicated onboarding define scope and timeline — see Contact Sales.
- Configure identity — Set up SSO and (optionally) SCIM provisioning — see SSO and SCIM.
- Add schools — Create schools and assign admins — see Adding schools.
- Roster — Import staff and learners via SIS or file — see Rostering.
- Verify and launch — Confirm access, seats, and reporting, then roll out to schools.
Tip: Plan SSO and rostering early — they unblock everything else.
