What adapts
- Difficulty — steps get smaller when something's hard and stretch when a learner is ready.
- Pace — AIVO slows down, repeats, or moves on based on understanding.
- Representation — switches between visual, concrete, and symbolic explanations.
- Examples — uses the learner's interests to make ideas relevant.
- Support — offers hints, encouragement, and breaks when needed.
Note: Personalization is based on how the learner engages with lessons — not on grade level alone. Bigger level changes are proposed from sustained mastery and always wait for parent approval.
